Hewlett Packard (HP) Scanjet 5100C SCSI Driver. After looking closer at the cd-disk containing all the scanning software, I found these files in folder \english\app\drivers. So it wasn't so big after all. Looks to include twain drivers as well as the drivers for the scsi card. If you need anything else from the disk and it's not super large to upload, let me know.
