Hewlett Packard (HP) C3989A Driver. You will also need hpcomp2.zip as I had to break it up do to driversguide limitation. You will probably get a communications problem when trying to use paperport. 1st check registry to ensure HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet00x\Services\Hpwepa all have Start=2. You will have to change it for every control set your registry has.
File Contents: If problem still occurs, go into printer properties, port, and Turn off "Enable bi-directional support"
