His Instructions

1. Place the files into an new folder (ie. C \smartpage )

2. Run the SETUP.EXE file and choose CUSTOM install

3. Remove the check mark next to the "DesignWorks Trial Version" cause it doesn't work

4. Let it finish the installation and restart your PC.
