Storm Technology FB601C Driver. I found it on this site marvin.tele-net.net/storm/drivers.htm They are not for the Totalscan scanner but they work just as well. He also has some other drivers and some of the original software on his site he is GOD. I know no one may still be using these but you never know. It solved my Error 20004 it works
