Hewlett Packard (HP) 5100c Scanner Driver

Hewlett Packard (HP) 5100c Driver. I found a way to install HP5100c on XP. First download the driver for HP5200c (sj662en.exe), is huge, but is the only way to start a solution.

Install it (do not conect the scanner), turn off the PC, conect the Scanner to PC (paralel port) and let XP run and install all drivers that found.

The PC will reset it self.

Disconnect Scanner.

Run XP again, when it is Ok, install the driver upgrade for XP (ftp.hp.com/pub.scanners/software/sj660mu.exe) and install it.

Turn off the PC. Connect the Scanner again and turn on the PC.

SURPRISE !! The Scanner is all functionally OK.
