UMAX Astra 2100U Driver. I found this on a website. This is the driver you need to install FIRST to get the UMAX 2100U scanner to work on Windows 2000. install this first, DO NOT REBOOT, then install the 355UP driver...shut down computer...hook scanner, then start computer. Took me all day to get my scanner to work ...this was a hard to find file
